About Malaysia Delights
Malaysia Delights started its first restaurant in Manchester Street between July 2008 and September 2010 before the 2010 earthquake September.
Post-September 2010 earthquake, days before reopening at the corner of Kilmore Street and Colombo Street once again the new restaurant was affected and forced to relocate as a result of the February 2011 earthquake.
Finally, Malaysia Delights found a new home in Papanui Road and reopened in June 2011.
In Sept 2016 due to the economy, a decision has been made to downsize the business thus Malaysia Delights Street Food in a food truck located in Cathedral Square is born in Jan 2017.
April 2019 the food truck was sold in preparation to relocate into the new Riverside Market in the current prime location by Oxford Terrace.
October 2019 until the current Riverside Market grand opening, Malaysia Delights Riverside Kitchen is established.
